Announcement: Femme Filth Fest Joins Film Festival Alliance

We’re thrilled to announce that Femme Filth Fest is now an official member of Film Festival Alliance!

Since our inception, Femme Filth Fest has always been rooted in our community: the filmmakers that have been at the core of our festival thus far. As an organization, we’ve made it our mission from the very beginning to uplift, amplify, and platform niche filmmakers—especially those too often pushed to the sidelines in film festival programming. Our lineup has never shied away from the messy, the disgusting, the daring, the stomach-churning, or the deeply personal.

Becoming a member of Film Festival Alliance is a natural next step for us. The Alliance shares our values of collaboration, equity, and support across the festival landscape. We’re excited to join this network of like-minded festivals working toward a more inclusive, sustainable future for independent film. We want to continue to make our festival more accessible and more impactful across our programming, and we believe that FFA will help us achieve this as we grow. We will be featured in FFA’s Film Festival Directory, as well as their curated list of festivals on FilmFreeway.

Our membership with FFA strengthens our commitment to building a community that thrives on connection, disrupts the status quo, creates conversation, and gives space to voices that demand to be heard.
